Despite being talented, qualified, and eager to work, neurodivergent people face systemic barriers that make it difficult for them to find work that matches their skills and abilities, and later to sustain employment. 66% of our technologists were un or underemployed at the time of joining auticon. Of those unemployed, 58% had been out of work for 12 months or longer. Despite high levels of qualification, many applicants faced barriers to employment. “I no longer feel stressed before Mondays. The atmosphere in my team is excellent and the working conditions are great.
